SET-M series servo tension device in the use of the process, there are some issues to be noted. Understand these precautions can make us better operate the machine, avoid damage.
1. Please do not touch the tension bar and tension wheel in the working condition;
2, the textile tension device drop, and avoid the impact caused by a strong damage;
3, winding speed should not exceed 5 m / S (this is the speed limit for the standard model, if there is other needs, can contact my company for custom). Wire winding machine start speed should not exceed 1 m / sec;
4, enameled wire through the anti jumper and passing line wheel must check for paint envelope are hung on each wheel, ensure that the guide wheel can work in normal rotation without getting stuck.
5, a tension wheel can not have oil, otherwise it will affect the normal use, such as a sticky oil, usable cotton dipped in alcohol and in the groove of the tension wheel back and forth pull cleaning the grease O-ring.
